Founded in 1952, the Engineering & General Contractors Association (EGCA)  represents general engineering contractors in San Diego County -- those doing sewer, water, storm drain, utilities, grading, paving, asphalt, concrete and road building for public and private work throughout San Diego and beyond.  Many are second and third generation family-owned companies.

To say that Roger Hedgecock is a political activist is an understatement. From his days as a powerful San Diego elected political leader to his 14 years as host of "The Roger Hedgecock Community Forum" on KOGO Radio, he has reached out to influence millions of Americans nationwide with his message of citizen empowerment.

Roger will discuss the upcoming June election, including the Mayor’s race, City Attorney’s race, Council seats, and other matters relating to the state of our city. It should be a very lively discussion!
