The hike will begin at 9 am.    Santa's Magical Village and holiday tree lighting on tap    This festive holiday event will be held on Saturday, Dec. 6 and Sunday, Dec. 7 at the San Marcos Community Center, 3 Civic Center Drive. Tree lighting ceremony takes place at 6:45 pm on Dec. 6.    Public hearing on University Office and Medical Park postponed    H.G.
