Guest Speaker: Carl DeMaio Among other things, the Councilman will speak to us about the Competition and Transparency in City Contracting Ballot Initiative. The aim of this initiative is to reform city government thereby jumpstarting implementation of managed competitions and outsourcing in city government, and imposing fair and open competition rules for city contracts.
